The Manifesto of the ACC Futures Coalition

The ACC Futures Coalition has spent many months developing a manifesto for how we think that ACC should be. the first manifesto was published in 2013.  After further discussion in the course of 2017 a new version was developed and released in January 2018 in draft form.
